Lernziele:

The students are able to describe fundamental properties of industrial robots and elaborate robot based solutions for industrial applications
Professional competence:

  • Understand the functions and properties of robots as well as their fields of application.
  • Evaluate suitable robot kinematics and dynamics for automation tasks
  • Understand the advantages and challenges of collaborative robotics compared to standard industrial robots

Methodological competence:

  • Identify potential applications for using robots in industrial production
  • Determine implication of robots with emphasis on safety, social and economic impacts

Social competence:

  • Implement a robot application in team
